How to Reach Us

The best way to contact the SnapInsta team is by email. Whether you have run into a problem, want to share an idea, or need to raise a legal matter, a message to our inbox is the fastest route to a real person. Please write to us at support@snapinsta.media. To help us respond quickly, please include as much relevant detail as you can — the page you were using, the type of content you were trying to save, and, if you are reporting a bug, the exact steps that led to the problem along with the device and browser you were on.

Response Time

We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience. In most cases we reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but every genuine message is read and answered. If you do not hear back within a few days, please check your spam folder and feel free to send a polite follow-up.

DMCA & Content Removal Requests

SnapInsta respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes copyright concerns seriously. Please note that we do not host, store, or archive Instagram content on our own servers — our tool simply helps users access publicly available media through their browser. If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on their behalf) and you believe our service is being used to infringe your rights, you can send a takedown notice to support@snapinsta.media with the subject line "DMCA Request." To help us act promptly, please include:

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work involved.
  • The specific URL or details needed to locate the material in question.
  • Your contact information (name, email, and address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every valid request and will take appropriate action as quickly as we can.

What We Can and Cannot Help With

We are happy to assist with anything related to how SnapInsta works — troubleshooting downloads, explaining our tools, and handling legal and privacy matters. However, we are an independent service and are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta, so we cannot help with Instagram account issues, password resets, or content that lives on private accounts. We also cannot recover posts that a creator has deleted from Instagram. For anything within our scope, though, please do not hesitate to reach out. You may also want to read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before getting in touch.
